Walgreens’ Long Term Care Facility (LTCF) Vaccine Administration Record (VAR) form is required to be completed in order to participate in the vaccine partnership for Palolo Chinese Home. COVID-19 UPDATE
December 15, 2020
On December 10, 2020, the Department of Health reported that the hospice staff’s COVID test result was NEGATIVE and not positive. This discrepancy occurred within the Diagnostic Lab Services. PCH was planning on testing staff during this week. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused our staff, residents and families.
