Accounting Clerk (Full-Time, Non-Exempt)
• Perform clerical, bookkeeping, and accounting assignments and prepare accounting statements and financial reports.

Certified Nurse Aide (Full-Time/Part-Time – Evening or Night Shift)
Certified Nurse Aides assist residents with activities of daily living, including grooming, bathing, eating, toileting, mobility, range of motion, skin care, etc. as directed by the licensed nurse or manager. They also communicate any resident condition changes, refusal of care, problems, and complaints to the licensed nurse or manager. Is responsible to ensure the happiness, safety and well-being of each resident. Follows all regulatory, life safety and infection control requirements. Responsible to document timely, accurately and completely.
Must have a valid Hawaii CNA license. Must have current CPR and First Aid certification.
MDS Coordinator (Full-Time, Exempt)
Responsible for coordination of care for residents through continuous review, assess and evaluate each resident’s needs, responsible for completing MDS assessments.
Bachelor Degree in Nursing with RN license in good standing and one year of experience as a licensed nurse in a LTC/Post-Acute Rehab resetting.
Registered Nurse (Full-Time/Part-Time – Evening or Night Shift)
To provide direct resident care, treatments, and medication administration. This includes, but not limited to, ongoing assessments, coordinating and documenting plans of care, implementing the resident’s care plan, and effective and timely communication. Also, functions as the immediate coordinator of an assigned unit (serves as supervisor of the unit, in the absence of the Charge Nurse), coordinating the work of the Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA’s).
Must have a valid Hawaii Registered Nurse License, First Aid and CPR certification.
Senior Day Care Program Aide
To engage residents and participants in activities of interest; and to document plan of care properly and timely in accordance with rules and regulations set forth by regulatory bodies and management.
Must be a Nurse Aide with a certificate of graduation/completion from an accredited Nurse Aide Training Program. Must have current CPR and First Aid certification.
Off-Campus
Home Care Aide - Palolo Wellness Program
HCA is to provide the client with basic standards of healthy living including safety, personal contact, nutrition, physical activity, mental stimulation, relaxation, humor, etc. Personal care may be required, depending on the client/company agreement.
Must be a Nurse Aide with a certificate of graduation/completion from an accredited Nurse Aide Training Program or have a Hawaii CNA certification. Must have current CPR , First Aid certification and a valid Hawaii driver’s license.
